In December 1891, the London County Council approved nine new streets for the Grid (Replingham, Brookwood, Astonville, Trentham, Elborough, Engadine, Clonmore, Heythorp and Elsenham). It was extended to Lavenham Road in 1899 and Revelstoke Road in 1903 and was effectively complete by mid-1906, with 1,766 houses, maisonettes and shops.

Southfields tube station is the main Underground station for the Wimbledon Championships, and the All England Club is a short walk down Wimbledon Park Road. During the fortnight, streets are busy, so we plan access and deliveries with that in mind if your job falls in that period. Wimbledon Park and King George's Park are close by, with public tennis courts in both.
