Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Wood Flooring Wandsworth, registered address 1017 Hill House, 210 Upper Richmond Road, London SW15 6NP. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp.

What information we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in and your message. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep the details you give us.

How we use it

Our legal basis

We use your details to respond to your request and to take steps before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and for our legitimate interests in running our business (Article 6(1)(f)). Where the law requires, we rely on legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Enquiries you send are passed to R3 Carpentry (a sole trader) so they can reply, survey and quote. Form submissions are handled by our form-handling provider, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf. R3 Carpentry then uses your details to deal with your enquiry under its own responsibility. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for the period needed for the contract, guarantees and our legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Cookies

We use cookies to measure how the site is used. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
